Roasterie

We started our coffee journey by roasting beans in a pan over a gas stove. It was then a popcorn popper and then a Gene Cafe CBR 101.

Our current roaster is an Aillio Bullet R1 V2. After a lot of research and soul searching, we decided on controls and learning over capacity. Our roasts go only a KG at a time, however, following this artisanal path has been immensely fulfilling and our roasts are a testament to the love, attention and involvement that goes into each batch.
